You have recently found your way to strength training and have little experience? Or you want to refine your technique in specific exercises (e.g. squats, deadlifts, bench press etc.) and train more efficiently? Or do you simply want to train safely and healthily? Together we can make sure that you feel your muscles better and can perform your exercises more safely. This way we maximise your strength and you learn how to optimally load your muscles. I will analyse a training video that you have recorded. You will receive adjustment suggestions as well as progression exercises and you will be given the opportunity to improve your flexibility long term.
