We will get you to your goal regardless of how often you want to train per week. After filling out a short questionnaire, I can create an individualised training plan tailored to your training possibilities, your current training condition and your age. The intensity and volume will be adapted on a weekly basis to maximise your muscle and strength development. The customised training will be re-evaluated and optimised every week. The training sessions are adapted to your personal requirements and demands. Regardless if you have a gym subscription, want to train at home or have limited equipment at your disposal in a park: a training plan that is as varied as it is intense can be found for everyone.
