You will receive a personalised training plan that meets your individual needs in terms of time, number of training sessions and intensity. We will get you to your goal regardless of how often you want to train per week. After filling out a short questionnaire, I will create an individualised training plan tailored to your training capabilities, your current training status and your age. This training is all about improving health and your general fitness, which we can work on together individually. The customised training will be re-evaluated and optimised every week. The training sessions are adapted to your personal requirements. Regardless of whether you have a gym subscription, would like to train at home or have limited equipment at your disposal in a park: a training plan that is as varied as it is intensive can be found for everyone.
